How to add drainage to this area?

Landscaper who did this did not include drainage or slope. So water from rain just sits there and collects.

That's unfortunate, @innessa.

There isn't any solution I can think of apart from having the tiling in that area redone with enough of a slope to have the water run off. If there were a specific low spot, adding a drainage grate would likely help remove the water, but this appears like it's spread over several tiles. It's a bit of a pain, but you could keep a floor squeegee nearby and brush the water off after a rain event.
