Is it a good idea to change the kitchen sink tap yourself?

What tools should I grab from Bunnings before starting this?

The fee to hire a plumber is around $150..

Is it easy to do? Anything I should be cautious about?

Re: Is it a good idea to change the kitchen sink tap yourself?

Hello @ivanptr

Thank you for sharing your question about replacing your kitchen sink tap. In this particular instance, I would advise engaging the services of a registered plumber. Having a professional install the tap means that it is under warranty, and you are covered for insurance claims should anything happen.

Please note that it might be necessary to engage a plumber to complete this type of work. If in doubt consult your local building authority before starting.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Eric
