How to repair/best course of action for maintenance on external corner of house?
Also, cause for concern or unavoidable due to corner position and next to drainage
Hi @amichaelmedia,
Unless water runs out of the gutter at this location then I wouldn't say it's cause for concern. If there is movement in the piece of moulding, you could try inserting some Liquid nails in the crack and pushing and bracing the piece back in position until the glue dries. Or, if there is no movement, just fill the gap with exterior filler.
