Good morning friends. Can you please advise me how to remove the old wall plugs from the wall ? Geez, the screws were difficult to remove but I managed it.
Also , there is one screw I can’t remove, the phillips screwdriver just keeps slipping off it. I removed manually not with a power drill.

Re: How to remove old wall plugs?

Hello @mich1972

I suggest using a Trojan 200mm Long Nose Plier to grab a corner of the wall plug and pulling it out. It might be necessary to damage the plasterboard a bit so that you can get a good grip on the wall plug.

In regards to the screw that is stuck, I suggest tapping it on the side of the head with a hammer. Tap it from all sides until you can see that the screw has come a bit loose. You then use your Philips screwdriver to remove it from the wall plug.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Eric
