2. Build an entertainment unit with a TV mount
Get the look of a wall-mounted screen without needing to drill holes in the wall. Check out Matt (@mattham)'s D.I.Y. entertainment unit, which uses laminated Pine panels to provide a TV mount.

3. Update the walls with temporary wallpaper
Wallpaper is an easy way to create a feature wall or transform a whole room. You can use peel-and-stick wallpaper that can be removed without causing damage, making it ideal for rental properties.

8. Add privacy

9. Add accessories and art
Personalise your rental by using D.I.Y. accessories like Garima (@igarimasingh)'s extra large ottoman tray or by hanging art pieces. Be careful not to damage walls with nail and screw holes when hanging art. Command strips or adhesive picture hangers work well for lighter items like posters and smaller frames.
