How to seal gap between roofing?

Any ideas on how to seal up these areas to keep the rain from coming through? Thanks for your help.

I suggest using a Polycarbonate Sheet fitted sideways to prevent rainwater from entering the gap. In regards to the second picture, I suggest the same solution except that the overhanging portion will need to be trimmed off. Since the polycarbonate panel is flexible it will be able to cope with bending and the occasional twisting.

I recommend using Suntuf Clearfix Roofing Screws to fix the panel into place.

I suggest taking all necessary safety precautions when working at height. Please make sure to use personal protection such as a harness, gloves, goggles and a dust mask when working on your roof.
