It would be great if you could add an image or two so our members have a better idea of what you're working with. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images.
You might like to check out some of the previous discussions on repairing wicker furniture. It is not a particularly easy process to reweave larger damaged portions of wicker. If it's just a small amount of damage, then individual strands can be added to patch it up. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any products you could use for this purpose.
One we can see the damage you are trying to repair it will give our members a much better idea of the best way to approach it.
