Do you need a licence to hire equipment at Bunnings?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about hiring equipment.

If you were to rent a vehicle from the store that would require a driver's license. Otherwise, you can rent any of the construction tools without needing a license.

Here is a link to the Hire Shop, this will show you all the equipment available for rent at the store.

Can you please tell us what you are planning to build? Perhaps we can offer more information regarding the tools you'll need.

Please remember to take all necessary safety precautions when using tools. Don't forget to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask.
