does anyone know the name of this stack stone by chance? they're 100mm high & then come in random lengths reaching up to 500mm lengths.

Hi @SJ16 a similar  stone pattern  is  called   ledge stone  no doubt other sellers might go under different names  like  

Alpine Smoke Quartzite Rock Panel Interlocking.   on  special its about $100 per meter.

Just google Rock  panel and you will start seeing results
