What is the pepper berry polygodial content?

What is the pepper berry polygodial content?

Are your pepper berrys selected for polygodial content? If yes, how high is the content in the fruit and the leaves?

I am looking to buy one for it's health benefits.

Re: Pepper berry- polygodial content

Hi @Joanne87,

Our Tasmanian Mountain Pepper plants are selected for our Bush Tucker range. For more plant information, see the supplier Tucker Bush's website. The peppery taste is due to the plant's polygodial content, so the plants are propagated to ensure this is a quality they retain. As far as I'm aware, there is no specific cultivation program to selectively propagate only plants with high polygodial content. When talking about polygodial content by percentage, that's typically referenced on dried products or extracts.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Mitchell
