How to get rid of lawn grubs?

I can recommend Multicrop 1L EcoGrub 3 In 1 Insecticide as it is suitable for treating lawn grub in garden beds.

I'm not entirely convinced that the lawn grub is the cause of the foliage damage. In the first image, there's speckled damage to the leaves, which, from my first thoughts, looks more similar to some type of chemical burn. It's quite unusual to see that type of damage from natural causes. Has anyone been spraying herbicides around the property? The second image of the foliage shows some quite extensive damage, but once again, I'm not convinced lawn grubs are responsible. Typically they feed on roots and the overall health of the plant will decline or it will struggle to grow, I don't believe you'd see this type of damage on the leaves, though.

Let me mention a couple of our horticultural specialists @Noelle and @mich1972 to see if they have any thoughts.

Not sure about herbicides being sprayed. We have a fence around them. Can they be saved?

Hi there @innessa Curl Grub in the masses will damage roots but a few of them not really. By the look of the photos, it looks like a chemical burn, either from weed spraying wind drifting , over fertilised or something else has burnt it through the roots or directly on the leaves. 😊 That’s just my opinion. Wait till Noelle and Adam have a look.

Could you share a close-up of this leaf @innessa? I'd like to see one that is partially affected.

Another odd question: Have you had any concreting work done recently? I've seen this type of burn when concrete slurry or the water from a bucket that's had concrete washed out of it was tipped over a plant.

Plenty of fresh growth is going on, so I think the likelihood of saving the plant is quite good.

100% agree with you and @MitchellMc , @mich1972

It does not look like pest damage in my opinion but rather something that has settled on the leaves, either a chemical/herbicide or as Mitchell has suggested, from concrete (the lime in the mix will cause this type of damage).
