Gardening HELP NEEDED

I have a very large garden but everything I buy to plant dies on me...is it me loving them too much???  I am particularly good at killing hanging pot plants.  Spent $100 on hanging plants at Bunnings a month ago and of the 6 I purchased, only 2 survive. What am I doing wrong???

@AFA

There's lots of good info here about growing strawberries - http://www.sgaonline.org.au/strawberries/

Re: Gardening HELP NEEDED

Lilshep - I've literally done the opposite of everything you mentioned.  Had the bushes out in the sun all day sometimes and was watering at sundown and overhead watering which yes, caused fungus on all the strawberries....Thanks for this - explains what I did wrong.

Re: Gardening HELP NEEDED

@AFA, Glad to help. As a Team Member I would recommend getting some Eco-fungicide at your local store,
( http://ecoorganicgarden.com.au/products/pest-disease/eco-fungicide/ ) it comes in a 500g or a RTU 750ml for the fungus and don't forget to give the strawberries a seaweed fertilizer drink every 2 weeks.
For your lovely Fuchsia they do like a good slow release fertilizer and some blood and bone every couple of weeks but towards the end of summer they start to get ready for winter and don't need as much.
Don't forget to give them a prune in Dec for more flowers and stronger growth.
If you get frost in winter I would consider taking them inside to a nice sunny spot or on an enclosed verandah until spring.
Happy Gardening
