Rules of participation

Thank you for visiting Bunnings Workshop

Bunnings Workshop is a friendly place to share home improvement information and experiences. It’s a community of people who want to discuss topics like D.I.Y. projects, gardening, renovating, building, landscaping, outdoor living and barbecue.

We trust people to do the right thing, and we have some simple rules to ensure a fun and safe place for everyone.

The most important thing is to show respect to all Workshop members. Personal attacks and offensive content are not on. Please treat others the way you’d like to be treated.

It’s also important to ensure all posts are original and add something constructive. Advertising is not permitted. Avoid self-promotion and only post information about products and services if relevant to a discussion. No one likes spam.

Please remember to take care as you assume any risk and responsibility of acting on information or advice. Bunnings is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability or legality of Workshop member posts. The Workshop community is also subject to our terms of use and privacy policy.

As Bunnings team members are naturally passionate about D.I.Y., they may participate in Workshop as individuals to share advice, projects and expertise. If they recommend a product or service we’ve asked them to let you know they’re a Bunnings team member.

Our moderation team monitor the community and can remove any content and restrict access. If you have any concerns, please give us a shout.

Have fun and we look forward to chatting about your projects.
