Have started front fence, posts will be redgum, pickets green. Partly demolished.

Update on front fence: Have rails primed, doing pickets now, slow job, paint away & then look to see I have only done 20 in 2 days! Not sure if I should paint final coat before they go on the fence or do the lot once finished! Two videos I have seen have different ideas.
