Laying brick pavers along garden edge.

Laying brick pavers along garden edge.

A friend put down pavers using only cement without an additive. Now the concrete has dried and parted the pavers, leaving the kuch grass to invade!  Can I avoid hiring a cement mixer for a small job? Are there any tools to help mix it with ease?
